OLD ACCORDION

Severino Xaxado lives in the backlands of Brazil. He is called that because he knows how to dance the "xaxado" traditional dance from Brazil, and he dances very well! But he doesn't know anything about other rhythms. After discovering the baião, another rhythm, he decides to travel to Rio de Janeiro in search of an accordion for him to play.
The show is a tribute to the great master of Brazilian popular music Luiz Gonzaga. The musical score is performed live with accordion, traditional percussion from Brazil, triangle, and piano using Mestre Lua's compositions in a musical and fun journey!

SO MUCH SEA

Children's musical show with fisherman stories and puppet manipulation.
In the repertoire, beach songs by Dorival Caymmi.
The actress, singer and instrumentalist CRIS MIGUEL (Grupo Mawaca, Baú de Histórias e Ópera na Mala) joined the conductor and pianist DANILO TOMIC to present a selection of beach songs by CAYMMI, which will intersperse a moving story set in the universe of rafts and fishermen, who so inspired the composer from Bahia and his countryman Jorge Amado. The story, a free creation by the actress, will be told using puppet manipulation, one of her specialties.
The songs intersperse with the characters and present three fishermen, Maurino, a fisherman who finds an enchanted fish, Dadá, a fisherman who loves to invent fantastic stories and Zeca, the lonely fisherman who makes a request to the Queen of the Sea to find love. Accompanied by Danilo Tomic's piano and singing, Cris Miguel sings, plays percussion, manipulates puppets and tells stories on a journey through Brazilian music, a proposal to hear and see, have fun and be moved.
The show that premiered in 2014 has already been presented at Sescs in the capital of São Paulo, has already been part of the Circuito Cultural Paulista, has toured in Bulgaria, Portugal and Montenegro where it received the Best Show award Elected by the children's jury at the Podgorica Puppet Festival and participated in the Ministry of Culture project sponsored by Banco do Nordeste in Fortaleza.

ZINGARELLA
GYPSY TALES
solo show
I like to walk around the world just like the gypsies do! And the places I visited the most were in Eastern Europe, a part of the world where many of them are found.
Through my wanderings, I collected stories and songs and I share with great joy in this game of storytelling. Among the stories are Vasya Pé Branca and O Cigano e a Galinha, traditional tales from the Balkans, interspersed with songs by gypsies from Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Macedonia.
The show has live music, with accordion, tambourines, dancing, and puppets, in short, many songs and many stories to show the happy and colorful souls that these people have! 50 minutes for all ages

CARMENCITA
solo show
An interactive show that unites clown language, puppetry, flamenco dancing, and live music, with accordion, voice, castanets, and small percussions to play with. A renowned mezzo-soprano “Cristianita” will present her opera and from her suitcase come the characters Carmencita, Don Josecito, Escamilito, Micaelita and even a bull called Pablito, they sing, have fun, fight too and fall in love! Inspired by the famous opera “Carmen” by Georges Bizet, which originally tells the story of a gypsy who bewitches the good guys with her music and dance. Introducing the opera through well-known arias in a humorous and playful way and above all bringing enchantment!

NINA

Inside a small theater you'll meet Nina, a very charismatic girl who loves everything in life... except sleeping. She likes to discover things, loves to sing, tries to play some instruments, likes to play with the kids and talks and loves to tell stories. He really likes the great classics, Little Red Riding Hood, Ugly Duckling, Snow White... but when it comes time to make Nina sleep, who can?
This presentation of the Nina doll with music and games is recommended for small children and lasts for 45 minutes

TIGIK PIGIK

The story of many stories, through the eyes of Tigik, a very curious Russian chick who travels in search of adventure, knowledge, stories and many emotions. Tigik doesn't want to stay in his cage anymore, so he builds a paper plane and goes out into the world. It leaves for Japan where the cherry blossom trees are popping everywhere with the arrival of spring, it passes through India, flies over the Chinese Walls, Asian countries, Europe, Australia, Antarctica, travels through the Balkans, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania where you visit Dracula's Castle. He lands in Palestine where he meets a beautiful storyteller.
In Mexico he meets Mulata de Córdoba, in Bolivia he learns about the origin of the Cholitas hats, in Argentina he listens to a beautiful tango and in Brazil he has fun with the adventures of Mané Bocó!
Traditional stories and music from different parts of the world The songs are performed live with piano, accordion, shakuhachi, zampone, didjeridoo, tambourine, bendir and fiddle. TABI

Shakuhachi musical show, Japanese bamboo flute.
On April 28, 1908, the Japanese left for Brazil aboard the ship Kasato Maru, carrying dreams and hope in their luggage. This show tells the journey of these first immigrants in this historic trajectory and also narrates the internal journey of a small character that is part of the crew, called Kazuki, who, in the company of a paper crane, a Tsuru, unravels the great mysteries of the soul.
Danilo Tomic is a composer, conductor, pianist and shakuhachi master. In this show, he interprets his own compositions to shakuhachi, accompanied by playback arrangements. The puppet theater presented by Cris Miguel presents Kazuki interspersing the songs with messages to make one reflect on Buddhist and Taoist teachings, phrases by great sages such as Lao Tsé and Aristotle and compilations of texts by Professor Wagner Borges, a spiritualist researcher.

FAIRIES

The fairy does exist and she comes to tell stories! The fairy is a mythological and fantastic being that protects human beings or magically intervenes in their destiny through enchantments.
Ondina, Melusina, Mountain Devas, the Enraged Fairy and other tales... fairy tales, of course, are the stories chosen for this game to make children dream.
Cris Miguel tells his stories through a musical puppet theater, with paper puppets, shadow theater and fabrics.
Live music is performed with different instruments , a celtic harp, a kantele, which is a type of traditional finnish harp, and the accordion.
The mix of music, stories and these dolls gives the playful tone that gives wings to imagination in a poetic and fun way!

PRINCE SIDDHI

Cris Miguel presents Principe Siddhi, the story of a little Indian prince who felt like a bird trapped in a cage living inside the Palácio de Ouro e Prata, because his parents would never allow him to leave there. They sent gifts and many treats, but nothing satisfied him beyond the desire to know the world beyond the walls.
Inspired by the story of Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha and small legends of Buddha's life taken from the book by Noor inayat Khan who was a real Indian princess, daughter of a Sufi master who wrote and told stories for children.
A story that brings, in a fun and moving way, values such as respect, harmony and beauty in the path of the search for truth. Introducing Indian culture, the story is illustrated with shadow theatre, music and classical Indian dance, which in a simple way seek communion with audiences of all ages in rescuing the ancestral function of telling a story.
The show lasts 50 min and is suitable for all audiences.

HABIBA

A compilation of Arab tales interspersed with the story of Habiba, a storyteller who knows how to read what is about to unfold in Persian rugs. Introducing Arab culture through stories and games, we will talk about the struggle for dreams, how to overcome fear and the issue of respect for women and equality between the sexes on a tour through the Arab imaginary of merchants and their journeys through the desert, charm and magic a tradition of storytelling.

DONA VELHA AND THE SACI

Dona Velha is a character that was born in the program Baú de Histórias on TV Ratimbum and TV Cultura, played by Cris Miguel, who sings and plays the accordion. Dona Velha is a country lady, very charismatic, who lives in the countryside and loves to talk, sing and take care of her pets, all of which she raises under her bed. She has everything there, even creates Saci. But Saci bothers Dona Velha so much that one day she decides to lock him inside the bottle. In this presentation in the form of a musical show with puppets, Dona Velha presents stories and songs from popular country culture. Roots country music contributes to the musical memory of Brazil, so adults remember great classics such as Chuá Chuá, Dona Velha being a fan of Inezita Barroso, in addition to public domain songs e parlendas offering fun for kids and adults! FABLES OF AN INDIAN PRINCESS
solo show
Noor Inayat Khan was an Indian princess, daughter of a Sufi master. She wrote and told stories for children.
Cris Miguel embodies the figure of this princess to tell beautiful stories from oral tradition. Fables that bring, in a fun and moving way, values such as respect, harmony and beauty in the path of the search for truth. Music is performed live with oriental instruments such as tambura, harmonium and bendir. The stories are illustrated with paper theater and puppets that, in a simple way, seek communion with the public of all ages, in the rescue of the ancestral function of telling a story.
The show lasts 45 minutes and is suitable for the general public.

DOÑA UBENZA

Filled with humor and poetry, this show was freely inspired by legends, tales and folk songs from Andean culture.
The characters range from animals typical of the Andes Cordillera such as quirquincho, condor, vicuña, to the charismatic protagonist, Doña Ubenza.
Inspired by a real character, Doña Ubenza was a woman from Puña de Salteña, shepherdess, weaver, washerwoman among other jobs she performed. A song was created in her honor because Doña Ubenza lives in all the women of that land. Composed by Chacho Echenique, the song bears the same name “Doña Ubenza”.
A tribute to the ancestral peoples of Latin America with stories, puppets and live music, singing, accordion, charango and percussion.
Lasting 60 minutes for the entire audience!

ZAIKO KOKORAIKO
With Cris Miguel and Mariana Paunova.
Zaiko Kokoraiko and Lissa are two traditional Macedonian characters. Based on a well-known song there that tells the story of Lissa, a fox who wanted to get married and ended up arranging the wedding with the rabbit Zaiko, Cris Miguel developed a fun story where the fox is getting ready to marry but doesn't know who and then many suitors come forward. A goat, a bear, an eagle... and Zaiko Kokoraiko. As the story unfolds, the audience learns the traditional dances of each place, each character or some situation such as the bride's farewell dance or the wedding dance. An invitation to experience history through circular dances, with traditional music from Albania, Turkey, Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria
Cris Miguel teamed up with Mariana Paunova, a native of Bulgaria and resident in Brazil. Mariana specializes in traditional Balkan dances.
Cris and Mariana's common love for this Eastern European culture then came together and it ended up in this game of stories and dances.
Lasting 1 hour for children. Suitable for children from 7 years old and adults.

CARNIVAL OF ANIMALS
With Cris Miguel, Danilo Tomic, Valeria Zeidan and Ana Eliza Colomar.
A music show with dolls, games and lots of revelry!!! The story of Noah the Goat who announces that the flood will come. He calls all the animals to come inside his ark, but the rain doesn't come and meanwhile the animals go to play the carnival.
They prepare their costumes and the party begins, a chicken is dressed as a turkey, an owl is dressed as Batman, an elephant is dressed as a butterfly and many other animals come to liven up the party. The traditional carnival marches are illustrated by paper dolls and marotes. The band is formed by Danilo Tomic (piano and vocals), Cris Miguel (vocals), Valeria Zeidan (percussion), Ana Eliza Colomar (sax and flute)
